About Sarah

Welcome to “Sarah Elizabeth Childcare and Sleep consultancy”, my name is Sarah and I’m a trained Norland Nanny, Maternity Nurse, Sleep Consultant and mummy!
I have always had a passion to succeed in a career with children. I am conscientious, sensitive, committed in my work and take pride in what I do.
The best part of my work is knowing I have helped make a difference to a family.
I have over 15 years experience in childcare in various settings such as private families, nurseries, schools and have had the privilege of working for high network clients.
I started my career in a nursery before attending Norland College in 2009-2011 and qualified in 2013 with a Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
I went on to nanny for families before completing my Maternity Nurse training which I then did for 11 years worldwide and loved every minute of it!
Over the years I have advised and supported families with twins and triplets, babies suffering with reflux and colic, allergies, tongue tie, feeding aversions, sleep issues, parents struggling with post-natal depression/anxiety and many other areas.
I have always been driven to help and support families which has lead me to this and hopefully helping you!
I am based in the South West however I am willing to travel to accommodate your needs.

Remote Support

Many of the services I provide I am able to provide remotely so please don’t let distance be a concern of yours or I am very happy to travel to accommodate your needs.
There are many platforms we can use, Zoom, Email, Text and Whatapp to disuss how I could help you and your family. For example Sleep consultation, Feeding support, New parent recommendation, Routine implementation or general advice, support and reassurance is all achievable online so please feel free to get in contact.

Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is very important to me and having a close relationship with both parents and children is essential. Knowing I have helped a family means a lot at such a vulnerable and special time in their life.
I always give 100% in all aspects of my work and feel privileged to still be contact with many families and often asked back to help with siblings. I feel honoured to be recommended by families I have worked for previously to their family and friends.
I strive in delivering the best support for the whole family within my childcare and consultancy business which can be invaluable for all.
