We have a selection of specialist childcare and consultancy packages also available to help new parents with vital advice and guidance with a new born. Packages include day and night time advice to help others throughout the day.

New Parent Product Recommendation

This can be done over the phone, video call or a home visit.

Are you a new parent-to-be? There are so many products on the market that sometimes can feel overwhelming. Over the years I have used many different brands of baby equipment from bottles to prams and nursery equipment. It’s important to consider what It is you need from a product for example where you live and what pushchair maybe more appropriate in terms of country terrain or city life! I completely understand there is a lot to think about!

We can work through a list of essentials together so you feel prepared for the arrival of your baby/babies!

Within a home visit I can help organise areas for example nursery, changing stations and feeding areas if this is something you would like ensuring you have a comfortable environment set up for you all.

Welcome Home

1-3 days (your choice) of 24 hour help in your home from myself as a maternity nurse, supporting you and your family with all aspects of care for your newborn. You may choose to use this time to catch up on some rest knowing your baby is in safe hands, or spending some time with siblings to give them some 1:1 time, or to ask some questions you may have regarding sleeping, feeding and positioning (bottle/breast), bathing baby, tips for making these times abit easier and go smoothly! Please note I am not a medical professional.

Some of this support maybe done remotely If needed please don’t hesitate to get in contact at any stage or as little or as much support as you need.

Gentle Guidance to Implement a Routine

Giving you advice and guidance to help implement good sleep associations and habits from an early age. I will create a bespoke routine for you to work towards and I will consider the whole family if there are more than one child for example siblings with nursery or school drop off or after school activities etc.

Night Nanny

Location and availability dependant, I offer night nannying packages. This service usually is 10-12 hours over night looking after baby so you can get some rest. If baby is bottle fed I can feed baby and resettle or if you are breastfeeding I can bring baby in to you for a feed and them resettle them ensuring you get maximised amount of rest.

Packages can be purchased for 1, 3 or 5 nights consecutive or spread out. Happy to consider other amounts of nights on request.

Maternity Nurse

Package

Having a helping hand in those early days with a newborn can be invaluable. Sleep deprivation, hormones and a big lifestyle change can sometimes feel a little overwhelming.

I can advise and help with your preferred feeding method and start to give you the tools to implement a routine to ensure good sleeping associations from an early age. This service is usually 24 hour care to support you and your baby for a period of time.

Sleep Consultancy Packages

Please note Travel expenses will be on top fees for packages depending on location

Initially I like to do 45 minute - 1 hour consultation via phone call or zoom to discuss your concerns and establish if I will be able to help you and your family. (this is a set rate at £60) Following this if you would like to proceed, I would need you to complete an assessment dairy of day and night routine, activities, day sleep etc. The more information you’re able to provide the better for me!

After initial consultation.

Package 1 - £270

- Completing an assessment form and looking at your day and night routine if you have one

- Addressing the issues and creating a plan for you and your family to move forward with a sleep program

- 1 week of email support

- 1, 45 minute support phone call

Extra calls, emails and WhatsApp support can be purchased after should you have any questions or need a bit of reassurance or confidence.

Package 2 - £350

- Completing an assessment form and looking at your day and night routine if you have one

- Addressing the issues and creating a plan for you and your family to move forward with a sleep program

- 1 week of email support

- 1, 45 minute support phone call

- WhatsApp support for 1 week (evenings)

Extra calls, emails and WhatsApp support can be purchased after should you have any questions or need a bit of reassurance or confidence.
